The Open Catering Facility

Tender completed for the design and fitout of public catering facilities at The Open golf events.
We had been supplied vendor identities from a creative agency as part of the tender and was up to us to apply the look and feel. Each vendor had a name that lent itself to the type of food they served as well as a type of club of swing.
We looked at typical restaurant designs for these cuisines and selected a handful of materials that can be applied to all respectively. We also looked to break up the large back areas with panels in styles that would be complimentary.
